Our work to transform how we realize its value, as well as facilitate data innovation through collaboration and sharing is changing how organizations are operating and building long term value with their internal and external clients, partners, and stakeholders. 

As we continue our rapid expansion in Enterprise accounts helping customers make the most of their data assets we’re looking for a highly motivated, creative, executive-oriented Sales Development Leader to maximize the huge market opportunity that exists for Harbr today. 

As a Sales Development Leader, you’d be in charge of leading your team of SDRs to set meetings with decision-makers, generate pipeline, and ultimately impact the top-line of the businesses.

Outcomes: 

  • Lead and manage a growing SDR team with evolving messaging and GTM positioning 
  • Introduce potential customers with an introduction and high level overview of Harbr 
  • Collaborate across sales and marketing to strategize and generate appointments for outbound prospecting 
  • Track and report on both your outbound activity and generated inbound activity and leads and results on a regular cadence 
  • Interact with potential customers through various points of contact including attending in person meetings, trainings, and trade shows with confidence and ease

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related area
  • 5+ years of progressive SaaS software sales experience to companies
  • Able to negotiate skillfully, promote/sell ideas persuasively, and close transactions with mutually beneficial results
  • Able to think strategically and tactically. Able to maintain a positive attitude in the face of criticism, rejection, or failure
  • Executive presence in working with senior leadership 
  • In-depth experience collaborating with and leading cross-functional teams (product management, customer success, legal, finance, marketing, etc.)
