As we continue our rapid expansion in Enterprise accounts helping customers make the most of their data assets we’re looking for highly motivated, creative, execution oriented Enterprise Account Executives to maximize the huge market opportunity that exists for Harbr today.

As an Enterprise Account Executive at Harbr, you’ll come with an informed and compelling point of view on data, digital assets, and treating these assets data as a product which will drive your successful execution strategy and together with both cross-functional teams and partners, allow you to deliver exceptional value to our customers.


  • Assess your territory and develop a strategic plan to execute against it
  • Identify key land opportunities and develop the most mature expand use cases
  • Orchestrate and leverage cross-functional teams to maximize the impact on your ecosystem
  • Build exceptional value with all engagements to drive successful negotiations to close point


  • Track record of selling complex software deals and quota over-achievement
  • Familiarization with selling subscription software to the enterprise.
  • Evidence of creating demand that delivered substantial business value via a software solution
  • Experience in following sales methodologies and process, e.g. account planning, MEDDIC, and accurate forecasting
  • Ability to build effective champions and collaborative teams to support execution of territory plan while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and reference-ability
  • Experience in developing a clear partner strategy and managing it to success
  • Constant focus on pipeline generation within the territory to ensure long term success


  • 5+ years of progressive SaaS software sales experience to companies
  • Track record of success in closing business in large complex enterprise accounts
  • Excellent negotiation, analytical, financial, and organizational capabilities. Able to thrive in an evolving, entrepreneurial structure and environment
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work at both a tactical and strategic level
  • Must possess a can-do, self-starter mentality in a highly collaborative atmosphere
